Hello all,
I have recently created an ROI (Return On Investment) Calculator.
The idea for this came from some work I was doing (for my day job!) whereby we were trying to measure whether or not there was a case – i.e. would it be financially worth it – for a prospect pursuing the purchase of our software.
It amazed me, prior to creating the ROI calculator, that the business (a huge UK Bank) had no clean and crisp way of calculating, broadly speaking, whether or not a software project should be undertaken or not.
So the problem I am trying to address with the ROI Calculator is:
How do I measure whether or not to pursue the purchase and implementation of new software ?
This is a massive decision, and the ROI calculator will help you make it sensibly, based on hard numbers. I have created it based on over 10 years experience in the software business and believe in it as although I have seen various free ROI calculators out there, I have never seen anyone use one (!) and I know that the one I have created addresses the business issues encountered in significantly more detail to help you make the right decision.
Would you like to hear more? Would you be interested in applying such a tool/ I can help you do this, and I can do it in a cost effective way. I know what consultants out there charge and what they do, and I assure you that application of this tool is a cost effective way to get to the nib of the problem and move on .. either to a project itself or to other business !
Please, do contact me, and we can discuss the calculator in more detail and how it can help you make optimal business decisions. I’d be happy to meet you in person and show you also.
